Now that I’m finished with my website about traveling to Nicaragua, I wanted to write a little advice for future Multimedia Application students or anyone who is wanting to build a website.
1. Use your time in class. You will receive a lot of time to do your website during class, so use that time to work on your website.
2. Choose a topic that has enough information to write about, that you already know a little about. It is easier to make your website on something that you already know about and don’t have to research a ton for.
3. Don’t wait until the end of the project to think about the widgets you are going to use. It is easier to add the widgets as you go. The easiest place to add widgets is in the footer that carries over to each page and post.
