Making Curtains in Sewing Class

Reflection:

Almost everything went well when I was making my curtains. The website that I found on Pinterest guided me through making them and made this project fairly easy to do. One thing that I learned when making these curtains was to never leave a raw edge on anything you are making. Instead of leaving a raw edge you should either serge, finish the seam, or fold the fabric under to prevent raveling of your fabric. The skill level needed to make these is a beginner skill level. This project is a good to do first if you do not know much about sewing and would like something easy to start with. These curtains are good if you want to make something in just a few days and you want something that you can actually use. These curtains have many variations you do to make them fit your window and the way you would like them to look. The website recommends doing from the top of your window all the way to the ground but I chose to just have them go over the window.
